Le Gobelet Noir is one of several new restaurants in Universal’s Epic Universe, which officially opens on May 22, 2025!

Place Cachée is part of Wizarding Paris in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. And Le Gobelet Noir is located “In the shadowy corners of Place Cachée, where international Dark witches and wizards gather to escape the prying eyes of the Paris Ministry and have a hearty meal over hushed conversation.” 

This spot offers starters such as soups and salads and a variety of entrées and desserts. Dishes include the Alchemist’s Platter and a plant-based lentil Stew. Be sure to check out the photos below!

The NEW Ministry of Magic is the third Harry Potter-themed land at Universal Orlando! It joins Hogsmeade (located in Universal’s Islands of Adventure) and Diagon Alley (located in Universal Studios) as a unique land adding another chapter to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.

• Warm-Shaved Beef Sandwich —  shaved corned beef, butterkäse, and German mustard, served between two hearty multi-grain bread slices with a choice of house salad or tavern frites

• Alchemist’s Platter — smoked sausage, potato & cheese pierogies, marinated beets, pickled egg, caramelized onions, warm pretzel, German mustard, and cheese fondue

• Le Breuvage Sombre du Gobelet Noir — dark brew drink conjuring unique flavors of mixed fruit and topped with the eyes of Plimpies (which are better known as yogurt-popping pearls)
