Oh, PeopleMover…we love you and we don’t care who knows it.

Just riding on the PeopleMover…don’t mind us.
Yes, this is one of the slowest rides at Disney World, and we don’t care — we will ride it every chance we get.

Yes, this is one of the slowest rides at Disney World, and we don’t care — we will ride it every chance we get.
Over the past several weeks, we’ve seen a variety of things return to Disney World that we hadn’t seen since pre-closure.
Hold on!
Fireworks are returning soon, ride pre-shows are coming back, and interactive features have started to return!
One of the things we’ve missed most at Disney World over the past year is the fireworks.
SOON!!!!
And yes, we’ve spent countless hours watching video of the last Happily Ever After on YouTube — we’ve got that video on repeat. So you can imagine how happy we were when Disney announced that fireworks would return to Disney World on July 1st — that’s just a few days away, folks!
One of our favorite sights at Disney World is a Cast Member walking down Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom with a hand full of colorful balloons floating in the air above them!
Is there a more beautiful sight?
And although we’re big fans of the classic Mickey balloons, we also love seeing specialty balloons, like the Kingdom of Cute, Thumper, and Valentine’s Day balloons!
Shopping at Disney Parks is fun, but sometimes, we aren’t big fans of standing in the long lines to check out.
Mobile Checkout
That’s why we were so excited to use Mobile Checkout at Disneyland when it was first introduced. All you have to do is scan in what you’re buying with your phone, checkout, pay with your phone, and you’re done! How convenient is that! And that feature eventually made its way to some Disney World shops, too!
We love how inventive Disney World gets when it comes to food sometimes.
The Daily Poutine
Like we would’ve never thought to put a burger inside a Bao Bun, and yet the Cheeseburger Pods at Satu’li Canteen at Disney’s Animal Kingdom are delicious! We also never expected to like a Burger on a Donut, but thanks to Everglazed Donuts & Cold Brew at Disney Springs, we’re now fans!
We’ll admit that we’re a little jealous of Disneyland’s Avengers Campus.
Spider-Man!
The West Coast got all the cool Avengers characters, including one of our personal faves, Spider-Man. Not fair! But at least we still get some good Spidey merchandise at Disney World. Recently, we’ve seen Spider-man Bubble Wands, a cool Spider-Man action figure, and a pretty sweet Spider-Man Tee!
Hello, from Disney’s Hollywood Studios!
Welcome to Hollywood Studios!
Although there have been a lot of exciting things happening with Disney World news this week (all the 50th anniversary announcements!), we don’t have a lot of updates for you this week, but let’s jump on them and get started!
Oh, shopDisney, you give us WAY too many good excuses to keep buying Disney stuff.
We’ll take ALL the Disney stuff!
And with the release of so much cool merchandise ALL the time, like a wickedly awesome Cruella dress, new Star Wars collectibles, and the Dooney & Bourke it’s a small world Collection, how can we resist? But it’s even harder to say “no” when there’s a sale!
Disney World is slowly returning to its pre-closure normal. We’ve seen the end of temperature checks, the end of face-covering requirements in most locations, and social distancing measures have been removed.
The baked mac and cheese is BACK!!!!
Hungry crowds are returning to Disney World, and well, they need places to eat. So we’ve also seen a lot of restaurants and snack spots reopening, including Cape May Cafe, Tusker House Restaurant, and Maya Grill. ALL the food is coming back, baby!
