We’re really excited about celebrating EPCOT’s 40th anniversary this year — we’ll be celebrating by eating and drinking our way around the world, riding Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind, and more. But what’s new at EPCOT right now? Well, let’s take a look!
UPDATE: Martin Short is officially confirmed to play Lumiere and Shaina Twain is confirmed to play Mrs. Potts in the ABC special, according to Deadline.
It’s a tale as old as time (and sorry, not sorry, if you just started singing that song). In this case, it’s a tale that will turn 30 years old soon, and there’s going to be a new special to celebrate it.
Beauty and the Beast show at Disney’s Hollywood Studios
That’s right, the Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Anniversary Celebration is set to air LIVE on ABC on December 15th of this year, and it’s already got a star-studded line-up: Josh Groban as the Beast, H.E.R as Belle, Joshua Henry as Gaston, David Alan Grier as Cogsworth, and Rita Moreno as the Narrator. But just you wait, because even MORE huge stars are set to be a part of the production.

We’ve been eating and drinking SO many delicious foods, including some deliciously cheesy arepas, some of the BEST tacos in Disney World, and a GORGEOUS Mirabel-themed cupcake. But we’re not done yet, because now we’re about to dive into some more yummy snacks!
Have you been to Disney World to celebrate its 50th anniversary yet? If you have, you’ve probably tried some delicious 50th anniversary snacks, seen the 50th anniversary statues, and bought some 50th anniversary merchandise.
EPCOT turns 40 this year!
But another BIG milestone is coming soon in Disney World — EPCOT will celebrate its 40th anniversary on October 1st, 2022! We’ve had a sneak peek at some of the merchandise, including the spirit jersey, but Disney just released a list of MORE merchandise you’ll be able to get to celebrate this occasion!
Admit it — you love A Goofy Movie — and that’s totally cool, because we love it, too! First, that soundtrack went HARD on the pop hits (yes, all those songs are stuck in our heads forever). Second, seeing Max falling for Roxanne was just SUPER sweet. Even sweeter was seeing Goofy being the BEST DAD EVER.

But let’s face it, many of us love some Powerline. And yes, we were THRILLED to see Max dressed up like Powerline for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Well, now, Goofy, Max, AND Powerline are the stars of a brand new Loungefly bag!
We Disney World folks will admit that we’re often jealous of Disneyland.
Spider-Man and Doctor Strange at Avengers Campus
A lot of that has to do with Avengers Campus, not to mention that land’s upcoming expansion that includes a MULTIVERSE-based attraction! There’s also so much COOL Marvel merchandise, including those awesome Spider-Bots. However, now, those Spider-Bots are now available online!
Are you as obsessed with Baby Yoda as we are? We get it — that little alien kid is CUTE. There’s no wonder that Disney keeps dropping merchandise with him on it — and even came up with a way for guests to actually MEET him in Disneyland.

So while we were sporting our Baby Yoda Crocs and munching on some blue macarons, we came across a new collection we think ALL Baby Yoda fans are going to want — and it’s by Stoney Clover Lane!!!
