Little Mermaid Ears
Disney has been piling on the fun new ears this year so our collections keep growing and growing. We’ve seen the Silver and Gold Ears, Wintery Blue Minnie Ears (which also JUST arrived in Disney World — stay tuned for info), and many more. Now, we’ve spotted another pair that we definitely want to make part of our world.

When Walt first created Mickey for the “Steamboat Willie” short, he probably didn’t know how beloved Mickey would be almost 100 years later. Now, the day after Walt’s birthday, we’ve spotted a pretty neat piece of merch commemorating Walt and Mickey!

Soul plays its way into Disney+ on Christmas Day and we’re gearing up to laugh and cry like we do with most Pixar films. We’ve seen new merchandise and several trailers and clips and now it’s time for another sneak peek!

Soul Photo-Op
Soul debuts on Disney+ on December 25th and we’re pretty excited to see how Pixar is going to being this music-based story to life! In the meantime, we’ve had a blast spotting Soul merch online and today it popped up in the Disney parks!
Walt Disney’s birthday was this past weekend and we picked a pretty great way to celebrate the man, the myth, the legend!
Walt’s Chili at Disneyland’s Carnation Cafe
One of Walt’s FAVORITE recipes was his very own chili recipe. We’ve tried to recreate our own variation of Walt’s chili before (there are lots of variations on the recipe!) and now we’re following along with the official recipe used at Disneyland’s Carnation Cafe. So, let’s celebrate a major birthday and make Walt’s Chili and Beans!
There are SO many ways Disney is planning to “take us to space” in the near future.

For one, Space 220 will be opening (someday) in EPCOT so that guests can dine in space (although it’s been delayed several times so we’re really questioning if we made it all up at this point). Plus, the Galactic Starcruiser (the Star Wars Hotel), will transport guests INTO the Star Wars universe like never before!
Nighttime spectaculars are still more or less on pause in Disney World right now, with a few minor exceptions like projections and light pyro on Cinderella Castle, Tower of Terror, and the Tree of Life.

Fireworks are a BIG piece of a classic Disney vacation, so we’re waiting patiently for them to return. Luckily, Disney has continued work on EPCOT’s upcoming nighttime show, Harmonious, and now we’ve got an UPDATE from above!
