Universal’s sharing more details about this year’s Butterbeer season and how it will be BIGGER and BETTER than before!

Ever since we first learned about Butterbeer Season’s return to Universal this year, we’ve been eagerly awaiting to find out what will await us. Sure, there are plenty of ways to get Butterbeer right now around Universal’s parks in the Wizarding World’s lands, but Universal is promising exciting new changes to come that you can enjoy on vacation and from the comfort of your own home!

When someone mentions Butterbeer you might have a few thoughts cross your mind initially. First, how its deliciously sweet butterscotch and shortbread flavors calm your cravings when it first touches your taste buds, and secondly, something along the lines of “Wow that was great, but can it be different?” Your answer to that is, of course!

Butterbeer has become a staple snack inside the Wizarding World of Harry Potter and folks are known to flock to it in fudge, drink, and even frozen forms found around the land’s various restaurants and snack carts. In fact, it’s kind of the beverage of choice when visiting Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley and Universal is bringing another season of celebration dedicated to all things Butterbeer!

Last spring brought us the first taste of Butterbeer Season and since it was such a hit with wizards and muggles alike, Universal is bringing it back for a 2nd year! Butterbeer Season, occurring now annually, salutes the rich flavor, scent, and look of all things Butterbeer. You can catch Butterbeer Season happening between March 1st through May 31st, and what’s different about this season is that Harry Potter fans will be offered new ways to enjoy their Butterbeer with a host of tasty new treats, limited-edition products and activities taking place around the world.

Let’s take a look at everything coming to Butterbeer Season (and where you can find it)!

At Home

In partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products, an entire range of new treats and Butterbeer-inspired products will make their debut in celebration of Butterbeer Season:

• Goldfish – For a limited time only starting this March, Goldfish Butterbeer Flavored Grahams will be hitting the shelves of U.S. national retailers and available online — don’t miss your chance to try the Wizarding World’s favorite drink, now in snack form!

• HERSHEY’S – Cheers to the magic with HERSHEY’S Harry Potter Butterbeer KISSES! A limited-edition treat fit for any witch or wizard, complete with the cream soda and butterscotch flavors of Butterbeer. This new flavor would be perfect for candy dishes, fans can grab a bag to uncover limited-edition Harry Potter-themed foils. Available for a limited time at various U.S. retailers.

• Keebler – The limited-time Harry Potter Butterbeer Fudges Stripes Cookies release is a celebratory take on the popular wizarding beverage, featuring a Butterbeer-flavored cookie topped with Butterbeer-flavored fudge that mimics the sweet and frothy combination of cream soda and butterscotch that witches and wizards everywhere know and love. The cookies come in four unique designs with shapes and imprints inspired by the Harry Potter films. You can shop Keebler’s Limited-Edition Harry Potter Butterbeer Fudge Stripes Cookies at U.S. retailers nationwide.

• Lionel – Expand your Harry Potter train collection with the new Butterbeer range featuring a Butterbeer-scented train smoke fluid, Butterbeer Reefer Car, Butterbeer Tank Car, and Butterbeer Tank. These will be available in-store and online in the U.S. and Canada.

• Miniso – Exclusively in China this April, a series of all-new Butterbeer-themed home fragrances and stationery products featuring candles, perfume, cups, notebooks, stickers, keychains, and more.

• ORLY – Transform your nailcare routine with a range of products from ORLY infused with the iconic Butterbeer scent. In addition to sipping the tasty drink against a backdrop of Butterbeer bottles and bubbles, fans can sample some brand-new treats starting on March 1st, including Butterbeer cookies, sundaes, and a tasty new ice-cream topping.

• The popular Butterbeer Truck will be visiting multiple cities across the USA, bringing delicious joy to those lucky ones who discover it! Fans who spot it have the chance to get their hands on a free Butterbeer, grab surprise giveaways, get involved with themed photo ops, and more.

• In Universal Orlando & Universal Studios Hollywood, starting March 1st through May 31st, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter will offer guests a chance to enjoy Butterbeer in all-new ways – from sweet treats to themed merchandise, and more!

• At Harry Potter: The Exhibition in Boston fans can celebrate the season with Butterbeer-inspired ticket packages that include admission, merchandise, and of course a Butterbeer!

Europe

• Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter guests can try new goodies at the Butterbeer Bar, including Butterbeer filled doughnuts, a special Butterbeer cookie, and the most iconic of British sweet treats – Butterbeer scones!

• Fans stopping by the Frog Café shouldn’t miss the Butterbeer sharing a milkshake and the chance to get their hands on a slice of the Butterbeer giant cake – they won’t be around forever!

• Fans in the UK and Ireland also have the chance to enter a competition to win tickets for two to visit the Studio Tour London and enjoy a host of Butterbeer-themed treats.

Asia

• At Harry Potter Cafe in Japan, a special Butterbeer-themed menu will be available for the season to those hungry fans looking to celebrate.

• Harry Potter – Mahou Dokoro will bring in the season with a range of bespoke merchandise.

• In Singapore Harry Potter: Visions of Magic will be offering a special Butterbeer Season ticket package to include admission and a Butterbeer in a tankard for visitors with other surprises on site.

• From April 1st through May 31st, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Beijing Resort will be celebrating Butterbeer Season with all-new in-land surprises!

• Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo – The Making of Harry Potter will be sharing more about their celebrations soon.
