With so many rides to conquer at Disney World, there is a lot to know about how to hack those longer lines.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
You might want to utilize Lightning Lanes, both individual and Multi Pass to ride as much as possible. You can also take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry if you are staying at a Disney World hotel. But, there is one trend we are starting to see more of on Disney World rides and it could save you hours on your trip!
Single Rider lines in Disney World are a fantastic way to skip a, sometimes, long standby line. So what’s the catch? Well, you have to be willing to be split up from your party because, as the name suggests, there’s only one person needed to fill in the empty seat in the ride vehicle. Not every ride has a single-rider line either, but we have noticed a trend recently and we might love this!

These are the rides we have seen utilize the Single Rider system:

But within the last year, we’ve seen some new rides adopt this system! Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure began testing it in November 2024.

We have also seen Rise of the Resistance have this available sometimes. But be warned, with this line, you do miss all of the pre-show of the ride, which is arguably equally as good as the ride!

Look out for the sign!
This could be a sign for more rides to adapt this method. It does make the lines move quicker as they can fill more seats at once, which we all love that. For more Disney World news, be sure to follow us at DFB!
