And now you can officially book tickets for one new live-action film!
Mufasa is a live-action prequel to the ever-popular The Lion King. You will get to see Mufasa, Simba’s father, as a young cub orphaned but taken in by the heir of a royal bloodline.

The new movie will premiere in theaters on December 20th, 2024, and you can now purchase tickets on Fandango!

Check out showtimes at a theater near you and purchase your tickets early to ensure you get to see this movie on opening day. We can’t wait to see this new film and be part of the new storyline!

Moana 2 is releasing soon on November 27th, followed by Mufasa on December 20th. Be sure to get your tickets in advance before they sell out!
