There are some foods we probably shouldn’t eat all the time, but we just can’t help it. Cheese? Automatic yes. Bread? Is that even a question? Of COURSE! Plus, it doesn’t help when Disney keeps coming up with all kinds of amazingly tempting new treats.

Let’s mosey down to Trail’s End
When DFB reader Shannon shared a tip about some NEW bread at Trail’s End in Disney World, we HAD to go and check it out. Wanna see if it’s any good? Come along, and let’s eat!
We got a fun little reader tip about a new menu item at Trail’s End in Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort. For this treat, we’re telling you to go straight for the grab-and-go section of the restaurant. When you get to these big silver shelves, you’re in the right place.

You can find them HERE!
OK, we came on a mission, and we secured the goods. Check out the Buckaroo Bread — available warm, fresh, and full of cinnamon right inside Trail’s End. You can get it for $12.99.
Trail’s End at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort has grab-and-go family meals, and today we also found Buckaroo Bread! ?
If you’ve ever had monkey bread, it’s very similar to that. This can easily serve 3-4 people and is available for $12.99! pic.twitter.com/UN77TWl4et

Buckaroo Bread
OK, so obviously, this looks AMAZING, right? If you’ve ever made “monkey bread,” this is a very similar dish. It is a biscuit dough coated in butter and cinnamon sugar and baked on top of a caramel that coats the bottom of the pan. If that doesn’t sound incredible to you, we don’t know what does.

Looks AMAZING, right?
Unsurprisingly, this is delicious and would easily serve three to four people as a sweet treat after a meal or for a sugary-sweet breakfast. It is kept nice and warm and should definitely be eaten while it’s still warm. Trust us. This has the perfect amount of ooey, gooey goodness in the middle, with the top and out edges nice and crusty and brown.

The cinnamon flavor here is not too strong and balanced well with the butter and caramel. This is fun to eat and share — and a good price for the amount you get. Ugh, this was SO good, and we’ll be daydreaming about it for days.

This was so yummy!
Note that this is NOT available on My Disney Experience’s Mobile Order menu, and it is also not shown on Disney’s online menus. Since it’s considered a grab-and-go item, you can only find it if you know where to look. Luckily, you’re reading this, so you have the inside scoop — you’re welcome! Now all that’s left is to find a recipe to recreate this at home…?
In the meantime, we’re always on the lookout for the latest Disney news, so stay tuned for more. And thanks again to DFB reader Shannon for the tip!

I am sure this bread is delicious. But Trails End needs to be restored to its former buffet glory before we would ever consider staying in the new, modern, DVC cabins. There are not enough food options otherwise at Ft Wilderness, and driving somewhere else for dinner every night will get very old over the course of a week. Forget buying DVC ownership at the Cabins until this is remedied. Converting the former Trails End to its current configuration was a monumental error by Disney. It ranks up there with removing all imagery of Davy Crockett because he was a frontiersman and carried a rifle. Shame on Disney. Shame.
