When it comes to the Disney hotels, we’ve seen it all!

The Disney World hotels are the main lodging options for guests visiting Disney World, and yet, they can often maintain a shroud of mystery. We have our favorite hotel restaurants, and we can’t talk about the rooms enough, but there’s one aspect of Disney World hotels that is often overlooked — ROOM DELIVERIES!

That’s right — you can get a whole bunch of stuff delivered to your Disney World hotel room! We’ve known about these eight specific deliveries for some time now, and you should know about them too, so let’s dive right in!

Goodie Baskets

Disney World used to have its own division called Disney Floral & Gifts, but it has been replaced by the private company Magical Floral & Gifts by Florida Fresh Floral, LLC. Just like the original Disney Floral and Gifts, Magical Floral & Gifts offers online ordering of Goodie Baskets, floral arrangements, balloons, and more for any occasion!

You can order fun gifts from Magical Floral & Gifts by visiting the Disney World website (you’ll then be taken to the private company’s website to place your order). We’ve seen baskets for movie nights, graduations, birthdays, first visits, engagements, anniversaries, weddings, and more! Magical Floral & Gifts also delivers balloons and flowers for special occasions.

Kroger

Kroger Grocery might not have any stores near Disney World, but there is a distribution center in Central Florida that delivers groceries throughout the Disney World area!

All you have to do is download the Kroger app or visit the Kroger website, fill your cart, request the delivery, and add your notes! This could help keep your dining costs down by eating breakfast, snacks, lunch, or dinner in your room. And if you don’t have a car, grocery delivery is super convenient. Entire Homemade Meals

If you find yourself longing for a homemade meal during your vacation, you can get an ENTIRE fresh, homemade meal delivered to your room! Seriously! We’re not talking room service here folks, we’re talking about a fresh from a home kitchen to your room.

Confectionately Confections is owned by a former Disney Cast Member and is one of the several small businesses in the Orlando area that provides meals from scratch that can be heated up in your hotel room. The menu changes weekly, but we’ve regularly seen homemade meals like braised brisket, quiche, ravioli, salads, pastries, and plenty of desserts!

Walmart

Yes, even Walmart will deliver to your Disney World hotel!

Same-day grocery pickup and delivery is available and, if you aren’t at the hotel to accept delivery, Bell Services can store your items. There’s usually a small fee for Bell Services to hold and/or deliver your order directly to your room, so be advised of that. You can also bypass that by meeting the delivery driver.

Amazon

After what we know now, Amazon delivering to your hotel room shouldn’t be a surprise at all!

You can have a wide array of Amazon orders delivered to your Disney World hotel room! The process is similar to the guides under the Walmart point, with Bell Services being the mediary if you so choose (especially when it comes to groceries). If you’re expecting a package delivery, be sure to put your reservation number on the package for Bell Services to see and store for you.

Charcuterie Boards

Charcuterie boards are all the rage, and justifiably so! If you’re craving one during your Disney World vacation (it happens, y’all), you need to check out Sabrina’s Delicacies! These charcuterie boards come with a bunch of delicious treats and are available in gluten-free, nut-free, keto, and vegetarian options. They even have a Disney-themed board!

Charcuterie boards are great for celebrating events in Disney World or make great in-room snacks throughout your trip. One of our team members even had charcuterie boards delivered to their Disney World hotel for their wedding rehearsal dinner! You never know when you’ll need a charcuterie board.

DoorDash

Craving something super specific to eat that the Disney Parks and hotels just can’t satisfy? You’re probably considering DoorDash then.

Before ordering, check with your hotel’s front desk to see the best instructions to give your Dasher. Some hotels will ask you to meet the driver outside at the entrance while others will accept deliveries at Bell Service. Also, we advise against giving away your personal information such as room number, as direct-to-room deliveries are not allowed due to privacy concerns.

Cakes and Pastries

Who doesn’t love over-the-top cakes? Orlando-based bakery Olivia’s Kitchen is a food delivery service that makes a variety of baked treats and Disney-decorated cakes. If you’re looking to celebrate a special occasion in grand Disney fashion while you stay at a Disney hotel, Olivia’s Kitchen might be the perfect choice for you!

There are many small businesses in the Orlando area that will deliver cakes (many owned by previous Cast Members), pastries, breakfasts, and more, so if you’re looking for some goodies, there are lots of options. Some of these businesses will deliver to the front desk of the hotels, text you that your food made it, and then you can go pick it up. Instructions are usually discussed upon ordering. Our team member who got the charcuterie board also had pastries delivered for their wedding morning, and the process was super easy!
