HEADS UP: This Will Be the Hardest Souvenir To Get at Disney's New Festival

Alright, festie besties. (It’s OK; you can roll your eyes. But it’s just too fun NOT for us to say, alright?) Who’s ready for a FUN Disney festival event? This time, we’re heading to Disneyland Resort for the 2024 Pixar Fest!

As the name implies, this event will be a special celebration of all things PIXAR, and it’s returning to Disneyland Resort SOON. The event will include a NEW daytime parade in Disney California Adventure, plus look out for “Together Forever — A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular,” which will return with NEW scenes. Of course, this wouldn’t be a Disney festival without some special decorations, food, and characters! But this time, we’re here to show off some NEW merchandise coming to Disneyland Resort for Pixar Fest!

Pixar Fest will return to Disneyland Resort from April 26th to August 4th, 2024. Pixar Fest will feature “many all-new offerings, plus some returning favorites with special new enhancements!” So far, Disney has given us a first look at the NEW Pizza Planet Truck Popcorn Bucket, which we think is going to be POPULAR. Disney just shared an exclusive new look at a BUNCH of new souvenirs coming to Pixar Fest! First up, we spotted this new shirt. Disney revealed the Pixar Fest Collection will be available at many locations, including in the Disneyland Resort hotels, Disney California Adventure Park, Disneyland and Downtown Disney.

The collection will also contain a Pixar Fest Spirit Jersey, hoodies, baseball hats, bucket hats, a new mug and water bottle, and more. Phew! Hope you bring a little extra souvenir money! We even see what looks to be a NEW Lug bag in Disney’s merchandise preview. That will likely sell out FAST.

Keep your eyes peeled for some special limited-time collectible medallions, too! They will be inspired by several popular Pixar films and are coming to Disneyland Resort just for Pixar Fest.

Machines with the medallions will be stationed throughout Disneyland park, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney District, and Disneyland hotels.

Here’s a peek at the new water bottle and mug that will debut during the festival, too! The shape of that mug looks awfully familiar, right? We have a feeling it’s a Starbucks X Disney mug!

OK, now, let’s talk entertainment. Disney California Adventure is getting a brand-new daytime parade for the celebration. The parade is called Better Together: A Pixar Pals Celebration and will feature some of your favorite Pixar characters, including characters from Turning Red, Soul, Luca, and more!

Additionally, Disney’s Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular will return to Disneyland to entertain visitors with a fireworks show and projections featuring scenes from Coco, Up, Elemental, Onward, and more.
