EPCOT is very busy right now, thanks to the start of the 2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival.
We were at the festival on day one and ate ALL the things, and we started to notice that some unwelcome visitors have returned to EPCOT to create some buzz (yes, we’re feeling punny). We’ve dealt with these creatures before, and well, they’re back to create some havoc at this year’s festival. Yes, you guessed it — the BEES are back.
Yep, the bees are running rampant in EPCOT again, and some things have changed because of them.
Wait, wrong bee. No, the REAL bees have been a problem at EPCOT in the past. However, these bees always seem to flock to Joffrey’s coffee carts and kiosks. Like we get it, even bees gotta’ have that caffeine fix, but for some reason, they always seem to affect what’s available on Joffrey’s menu. That’s because all those sweet syrups we like in our coffees is basically a snack that bees cannot resist.
The bees have returned for the EPCOT Food and Wine Festival (they REALLY love EPCOT festivals), and Joffrey’s is once more being affected by their presence.

Bee-ware!
When we visited the Joffrey’s kiosk near American Adventure today, we saw a sign warning us that syrups and sauces are temporarily unavailable in an effort to reduce the attraction of bees to the area. We’ve seen this sign before…
However, if you’re wanting to get your hands on the Food and Wine drink here, the Nutty Caramel Mocha Cold Brew is still available here (and you can read our review of it here). Just keep that in mind if you’re visiting an EPCOT festival because the bees seem to turn up pretty often.
