Did you know that eating tasty snacks can earn you a free prize in EPCOT?
The 2023 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival is in full swing in EPCOT, and we’re trying out all the eats and treats around the park. As we taste our way around the festival, we’re participating in the Garden Graze food stroll to check out some plant-based eats and win a prize! Come with us to check it out.
The Garden Graze is a returning activity that can be found in your Festival Passport (which you can pick up for free at the entrance to the park).
To participate, youāll need to buy five of the qualifying food items from festival booths around EPCOT. When you get one of the items, make sure to get your Passport stamped. Although you only need to eat five of those items, this yearās list includes eleven options, so youāll be able to pick those things that sound best to you!
Note thatĀ you will have to pay for each item, but once you collect stamps for five of those items,Ā you can turn your passport in at the Pineapple Promenade food booth to collect your “free” prize (which actually ended up costing $26.75 if you add up the prices of all the snacks we bought as part of the stroll!). Last year, the prize was a souvenir cup filled with Dole Whip. YUM! Let’s find out what this year’s prize will be!
This yearās Garden Graze items include:
- Avocado ToastĀ with marinated toybox tomatoes on toasted ciabatta atĀ Brunchcot
- Grilled Street Corn on the CobĀ with savory garlic spread and spicy corn chipsĀ (New)Ā atĀ Florida Fresh

First, we tried the Avocado ToastĀ with marinated toybox tomatoes on toasted ciabatta forĀ $6 at Brunchcot. We thought this was good last year, but this year, the dish seemed a little small. It was, however, VERY tasty. It’s also really pretty!
Up next, we got the Grilled Street Corn on the Cob with savory garlic spread and spicy corn chips forĀ $5.75 at Florida Fresh. This isn’t entirely new, although the spicy corn chips are a new addition. This was ANOTHER delicious hit with us!
For our third Garden Graze item, we tried the Potato Pancakes with house-made apple sauce for $5 at Bauernmarkt: Farmerās Market.
Our next snack was the Hummus Trio for $5.25 at Tangierine CafƩ: Flavors of the Medina.
Finally, we got the Coconut Tres Leches for $4.75Ā atĀ La Isla Fresca.
We’ve got all of our stamps now, so come with us to collect the prize! We actually got TWO prizes. There’s a pack of Wildflower Mix Seeds we can plant in our own garden at home.
But we also got a souvenir cup withĀ Lime Dole Whip! ENOUGH SAID. It’s the perfect balance of tart and sweet with a limeade vibe. It’s super light, which is PERFECT after you’ve eaten your way around EPCOT. Also, hot cute is this cup?
We have to say that this, with the seeds, makes it one of the BEST prizes we’ve won at a festival in EPCOT.
So is this activity for you? If you want to try out some new eats and enjoy plant-based food, you should definitely give it a try! And if you’re planning on trying five of those Garden Graze eats anyways, why not collect a prize along the way? On its own, the prize is probably not worth almost $30, but if you’ll enjoy all the snacks required to get the prize, it’s a fun addition.

Since you get to choose which 5, is it possible to get the same snack more than once for the stamps? Or does it have to be distinct choices each time?
I like this better. Actually food and not just cookies to get the stamps like for the Christmas festival. You can actually make meals out of this and not be sick from all the sweetness after 2-3 cookies. Iād definitely participate in the food festival if I was there now.
