Disney characters are famous AROUND the world.

That isn’t just in places like Disneyland Paris or Tokyo Disney Resort either. The fab five — Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald, are recognizable ALL over the world. That includes Brazil, where the airline Azul Linhas Aéreas just added a NEW Disney character-inspired plane to its fleet.
Disney just revealed that Azul Linhas Aéreas and Walt Disney World Resort held an event in Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil to reveal the fifth plane in “The World’s Most Magical Fleet” inspired by Goofy! The event even included a performance by Brazilian singer Sanda and her husband, musician Lucas Lima.

This makes Azul Linheas Aéreas the airline with the most Disney character-inspired planes in the world. How fun! Here in the U.S., Southwest Airlines did unveil a Disney World 50th anniversary plane in 2021, though.
