Have A Yoga Session, Take A HIIT Class, and MORE At Disney Springs This Month

Although ours is to keep eating ALL THE SNACKS at Disney World (especially with the EPCOT Festival of the Arts coming up soon), if your goals are a little healthier, you might want to visit Disney Springs this month.

January 2022 is Health and Wellness Month at Disney Springs. And in honor of that, you’ll be able to get fit and tune into your mental health at Disney World! For example, you can take a yoga class from Fabletics or tap into your inner warrior with Warrior Yoga with Lulemon. Or you could join Under Armour for a High Intensity Interval Training workout! And as always, runners can get fitted for their perfect running shoes at Fit2Run.

Disney notes that all of the classes will “take place in Town Center near Ever After Jewelry Co. & Accessories.”

If you need a mental escape, you can get tickets to Cirque du Soleil’s Drawn To Life, go bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes (and have some great food while you’re there), and take advantage of live dance parties and entertainment. And, of course, you can shop for wellness items at Basin, Savannah Bee Company, The Art of Shaving, and more!
