We had a wild time during our day, discovering some new merchandise, a new Magic Shot photo op, AND some returning food! So here’s what’s new!

Animal Kingdom Food Updates

Restaurantosaurus

You can now get a Chili-Cheese Dog at Restaurantosaurus. A Cast Member told us the item was re-added to the menu a few weeks ago!

The chili-cheese dog is an all-beef foot-long hot dog topped with chili and cheddar and served with fries. You can grab one for $13.49

Food Alert! Hand-Dipped Corndogs Are BACK in Disney World!

Satu’li Canteen

The Peppermint Cream Cheese Mousse has returned for a limited time to Satu’li Canteen. It’s made with peppermint cream cheese mousse, peppermint sauce, and cookie crumbles. This version didn’t taste as overwhelmingly minty as last year’s version of the treat, and we LIKED IT.

It also has a nice cheesecake texture to it. You can try one for yourself for $5.29.

Animal Kingdom Merchandise Updates

Island Mercantile

We found a TON of new merch for cat and dog lovers, including a Cat Toy that has a ribbon decorated with prints of Disney cats. The toy is $17.99.

But don’t worry, because we found a lot of stuff for dog lovers, too, including this fun Disney Dogs T-Shirt for $36.99. It’s covered with a print of Disney dogs!

Windtraders

We journeyed over to Pandora to see what was new and found a new Pandora Mask! This one features the iconic floating mountains of Pandora, with some bioluminescent plants at the bottom.

Super Zoom Magic Shot

We found a cool, new Super Zoom Magic Shot at Animal Kingdom! This shot includes a zoomed-in photo, a zoomed-out photo, PLUS, a video! You’ll see yourself in the zoomed-in shot, and the zoomed-out shot will show a beautiful view of Asia!

To get the shot, head over to the base camp of Expedition Everest and look for the PhotoPass photographer. The shot is available from 10AM to sunset (weather permitting).
