If you’ve ever paid a visit to Disney’s Beach Club Resort, you may be familiar with the bright and charming space known as The Solarium.
And you may be a bit more familiar with it as of late, because The Solarium has been serving as a temporary location for the Beach Club Marketplace since the counter service and merchandise spot closed for a refurbishment at the end of August. As such, we’ve been stopping by The Solarium to get the scoop on new eats at treats at the Beach Club, and we couldn’t help but notice something was missing today.
As is typically the case at the Beach Club Marketplace, there has been a decent selection of merchandise available at The Solarium. For instance, here is a look from a previous visit.
But that wasn’t the case today! As you can see, the merchandise has been removed.
Guests are still able to access Walt Disney World merchandise just a short stroll away, however, at the neighboring Yacht Club Resort at The Market at Ale & Compass.
And the sign also notes that merchandise is being transitioned to the newly refurbished location as well (though no reopening date has been announced at press time).
Hungry guests can still grab a bite from the limited food menu in The Solarium, in the meantime.
And the chilled desserts still feature the Resort’s fall treats including that terrific Mickey Pumpkin Whoopie Pie, along with the tasty Halloween Tiramisu and the Beach Club’s version of the Candy Corn Cupcake.
Oh, and you’ll also find some yogurt, veggies, and parfaits… but, as far as we’re concerned there is a clear favorite in the case!

So, that’s the latest! We’ll leave you with a little Mouse Trivia, courtesy of our friends at the Beach Club, before we go… just click the image to enlarge!
P.S. Who knows the answer to the Bonus question??? (I’m partial to it… I won a little trivia game with that one once!) Have a great day, friends, and we’ll see you from Disney’s Beach Club Resort again soon!
