hosts a few really fun races throughout the year. These races allow guests to push their limits as they race through or around the Disney World parks, often dressed in totally awesome Disney-themed gear!

We always love seeing what themes runDisney will come up with for each race and what the medals for each race will look like!

And now, we have something else to be excited about! Disney has created 2020 runDisney exclusive limited edition MagicBands! There are not designs for EVERY race right now… . But, Disney has released photos for two of the 2020 Marathon Weekends. And they will be releasing another design VERY soon.

So, let’s kick things off with the 2020 runDisney Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend MagicBand! Like the new MagicBand, this year’s themes will give you a blast from the past with their retro look. You can view the retro-inspired Marathon Weekend themes here! 

This blue and yellow MagicBand features icons from the four Walt Disney World theme parks. There is also an image of Mickey, running his heart out, beneath the Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend 2020 logo.

The 2020 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend also has its own limited edition MagicBand! This band has sketches of a few of our favorite Disney princesses…and fairies, of course! And honestly, I’m OBSESSED with the lavender color of the band!

A MagicBand will also be released for the 2020 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend! The product should be available for purchase when event registration opens on July 16th.

Are you wondering just how limited edition these MagicBands are? Well, just to put it into perspective: when it comes to the 2020 runDisney MagicBands, there are only 2,000 Marathon Weekend MagicBands, 1,000 Disney Princess Half Marathon MagicBands, and 1,000 Star Wars Rival Run Weekend MagicBands available.

These MagicBands are $34.99 and are available for pre-arrival purchase. You can access these MagicBands by visiting the products tab in your runDisney account. Keep checking your runDisney account for more information.
